Shop terms

These terms cover the printed Shubidubi sheet in the shop and Shubidubi kits ordered through the session planner. Hosted sessions are agreed with you directly.

Who sells

Alejandro Ramos Saavedra, 89A King Street, London W6 9HW. Write to alejandro@ramos-saavedra.com.

The printed sheet

Price. Shown in the shop, in pounds.

Delivery. Free in the UK and £3.50 to the rest of the world, added at checkout. It will reach you within 30 days. If it doesn't, write to me.

Changing your mind. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving it. Write to me and post it back unused, and I'll refund the price and the delivery you paid. You pay the return postage.

Kits

What you get. Printed task sheets, one per person; about 20 slips; a short guide for whoever runs it; and an observer sheet.

Price. Shown in the planner before you pay. You can pay by card or ask for an invoice. Stripe takes card payments.

Delivery. Up to two weeks from your order. If a kit can't be delivered, you get a full refund.

Made for you. Each kit is written and printed for your occasion, so the 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply once printing has started.

Observer sheet. One named person who doesn't take part fills it in. Post it back complete and legible and you get 20% of the kit price back. It is judged on the sheet alone, never on how the room went.

If something is wrong

If anything arrives damaged or wrong, write to me and I'll replace it or refund you, including any return postage.
